​​Monthly Cabin Rentals - 2 Available for Rent and/or Sale:

We have two bedroom single-family log cabins available for monthly rental or for purchase. Our cabins are fully equipped with furniture, full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, fireplace and TV. Cabin 3 is a one bedroom, with one queen bed, with laminate flooring throughout and air conditioning. Cabin 4 is a two bedroom cabin with 2 queen beds, laminate flooring throughout, no air conditioning.  Neither cabin has WiFi and only basic TV service. Renters are required to bring their own bedding, towels, toiletries and food. There is no daily or monthly maid service. There is a large grass courtyard area that is for all owners and renters to enjoy and it contains 2 gas bbq’s. No pets are allowed on the courtyard at any time. Pets must be leashed, at all times, when on the property and within the Hamlet.


Monthly Rental Fees:

  • $2,000/month
  • Small pets allowed, but no large animals.  


 *Additional fee of $500 will be applied to credit card for any damage caused by humans or animals.

* Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to credit card if cabin is left in disarray. 



 
Inn Rooms & Suite Rentals
We have an 8 room inn and 4 room suite available for two-night (minimum) rental. The Inn rooms have one queen bed, air conditioning, fridge, single cup Keurig coffee maker, basic TV, bedding, and towels. The Suite has 1 full bath, 3 half baths, 2 queen beds and 4 double beds as well as full kitchen, air conditioning, TV, bedding and towels.

Rooms and Suite do not have WiFi. There is a two-night minimum stay, and no daily maid service. Rooms must be reserved in advance, no walk ins. 

Room Rates 

  • $135/night, plus applicable taxes


Suite Rates (sleeps 12)

  • $610/night, plus applicable taxes



Seasonal RV Sites

  • Serviced with water, 30 amp power only, and sewer hookup.
  • Call us for additional information.


 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Absolutely NO FIREWORKS are allowed anywhere on the property.
  • All reservations require a valid credit card.
  • No pets are allowed in the Inn and Suite. Pets must be leashed at all times when on the property.
  • No tents, campers allowed to be parked or hooked up to water, power or sewer at the cabins.
